The room was spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the center of town. We felt safe and secure during our stay. The view of the Arenal Volcano from the room was breathtaking. Plenty of storage space in the room. The hotel had a relaxing garden.

We had a lovely corner room with a wrap around balcony that provided sensational views of the volcano. The room itself was spotlessly clean, quite large, and very well equipped. The bathroom was similarly clean and nicely appointed. The star of the show however was the hotel manager, who was the perfect host, helping us book transfers and excursions at very good rates. I would highly recommend this hotel for its amazing views and excellent service.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helped us book all of our excursions for a great price. The location was perfect with everything within easy walking distance, including restaurants and cafes. Our room was spotlessly clean, quite large, and had stunning views from the wrap-around balcony. We were also impressed by the free wifi provided throughout the property.

I had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem in La Fortuna. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the town and enjoy various tours. The room was impeccably clean, and any issues were promptly addressed by the helpful staff. One staff member, Guedgit, went above and beyond to assist me, even providing me with notes in Spanish for the bus driver. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone planning a trip to La Fortuna.

Extremely Clean Rooms and Great Location

The hotel was extremely clean and we were impressed by the level of detail given to room amenities. The location was central and easy to navigate around the city. We appreciated the proximity to local restaurants and cafes, and the fact that we could enjoy the view of the city from our balcony and get a feel for the ambiance of the city.

The building was located on a busy street and traffic noise was inevitable. Unfortunately, the windows did not provide much soundproofing which made getting a good night's sleep difficult.
